Gane wins first Challenge Tour event

Chris Gane shot a final day 68 to win the Austrian Open at Murhof to win his first Challenge Tour event

"I knew the par fives were going to be important today and I managed to birdie all four," said Gane.

"That's pretty boring I suppose but I lipped out for eagle at 14.

"This win means everything to me. It's what I've been striving for and proves I can compete with the best out here."
