Nick Faldo reunited with caddie Sunesson

Nick Faldo has been reunited with Fanny Sunesson, the caddie who carried his bag for over a decade before they split two years ago.

Sunesson helped Faldo win four of his six major championships and the partnership resumes tomorrow at the US PGA WorldCom Classic in Hilton Head. They will also team up at next week's Houston Open.

Faldo was stunned when Sunesson left him to work for Sergio Garcia in 1999 but that union was short-lived and last March she took on the bag of Fred Funk. This year she teamed up with Notah Begay, who is injured and out of action for a month, and Faldo knows his reunion with Sunesson may be temporary.

Faldo will be hoping that Sunesson will help return to the form that gained him 6 majors. Allsport.

Faldo has used several caddies in the past two years, including two this year. During his golden years he credited much of his success to Sunesson who helped him to victories in the 1990 and '96 Masters and 1990 and '92 Opens.

Faldo and Sunesson get married on July 28 - though not to each other.
