Nick Job shot a course record eight-under-par 63 to gain his second seniors
title at the Lawrence Batley tournament at Huddersfield.
"This victory means an awful lot to me," said Job after collected
the £20,000 cheque.
"I was delighted when I won in France but this is even more special because
of the way I played throughout the final round. At the start of this week I decided
to abandon my putting cack-handed putting grip and go back to putting conventionally
and the decision seems to have paid off because I putted well all week.
"Having said that, it wasn't all about holing a few putts. I also played
well from tee to green. You have to if you are going to shoot a 63 in tough conditions
like these."
