Both Palmer & Nicklaus to tee up at Bay Hill

Nicklaus' health appears to be good and he even hinted about playing more tournaments. He is still deciding whether to compete in the Masters.

Palmer was excited about competing at Bay Hill after he realized that this would be his 50th straight year playing at least one PGA Tour event. Palmer, the tournament host at Bay Hill, had said that he wouldn't play again after missing the cut last year.

Nicklaus, 63, has not participated in the Bay Hill Invitational since 1995, when he missed the cut after rounds of 79 and 78.

Palmer and Nicklaus first battled at the 1960 U.S. Open, when Palmer shot a final-round 65 to beat Nicklaus -- then a 20-year-old amateur -- by two strokes.

After Nicklaus turned pro in 1962, he and Palmer captured six of the next nine major championships.
