Karen Stupples heading for record season

Karen Stupples could become the first British woman to pass$250,000in a season on the LPGAtour this week at the Sybase Classic.

The 30-year-old has struggled for form since winning her maiden title, the Welch's/Fry's Championship, earlier this season but is focused to get back to winning ways.

"I've just got to try and stay relaxed and let it happen," said Stupples, who is currently at number 10 on the money list with 231,731 US dollars.

"The victory did make me reassess my season and set higher goals. But there's a balance between aiming higher and not putting too much pressure on yourself. But my game is very solid at the moment, it's really just that I've been struggling a little with the putter."
