playing for a prize fund of £100,000 over
a three-day 54-hole championship.
Seniors Tour managing director Andy Stubbs said: "This is an exciting new addition to our growing schedule of destinations and is an excellent start to a busy Millennium season."
Andrew White, Managing Director of White Sports Marketing Ltd,
the promoters of the event, said “As a company we feel that this
event provides Royal Westmoreland and The Barbados Tourism
Authority with an opportunity to show the golfing world that
Barbados is fast developing into a world class golf destination.”
