Miguel Angel Jimenez has
been named the Asprey and Garrard European tour's Golfer of the Month for
October, having already won the award in March.
The 35-year-old from Malaga linked with Sergio Garcia and Jose Maria Olazabal
to give Spain their first-ever victory in the Alfred Dunhill Cup at St Andrews,
then last Sunday in Jerez won the Volvo Masters.
He earned the unanimous vote of a panel of golf writers and television
commentators and earns a £1,000 charity donation for the Golf Foundation.
