Henrik Stenson and Soren Hansen complete World Match Play field
Sweden's Henrik Stenson and Soren Hansen of Denmark have secured the final two spots in the 16-strong field for next month's World Match Play championship at Wentworth.
Stenson and Hansen were invited to the 2.44 million pounds ($4.91 million) event as the top two players on the order of merit who had not already qualified, the European Tour said on its Web site (www.europeantour.com) on Tuesday.
Britain's Paul Casey will be defending his title at the West Course in Surrey from Oct. 11 to 14.
The 16 players are chasing the largest first prize in golf, one million pounds ($2.01 million).
