FedEx Cup Standings - Week 40/15

Jason Day won The Barclays by six shots from Henrik Stenson, with Bubba Watson in third two shots behind and Zac Blair and Zach Johnson tied for fourth a further shot back. The win is Day's fourth of the 2015 PGA Tour season, following the Farmers Insurance Open, RBC Canadian Open and PGA Championship, bringing his career PGA Tour total to six victories from 168 starts. He has won three of his last four starts, with a tie for 12th at the WGC-Bridgestone, since missing out by a single shot on a playoff spot in the Open Championship at St Andrews. This latest win came thanks to a stunning 15-under-par weekend, with rounds of 63 and 62, including birdies on five of his closing nine holes on Sunday, for a total score of 19-under 261.
Day moves to the top of the FedEx Cup Standings, up one spot, and is already guaranteed a top five slot entering the Tour Championship, meaning he is in control of his fate at the closing event of the year. Stenson moves up 37 spots to 4th, Watson remains in 3rd, Blair climbs 61 to 45th and Johnson is up 6 to 11th. The Top 100 in the Standings progress to next week's Deutsche Bank Championship.
