Robert Streb won the McGladrey Classic with a birdie at the second hole of a playoff with Brendon de Jonge and Will MacKenzie, after all three finished on 14-under par 266. Kevin Kisner, Ken Duke, Chris Kirk and Russell Henley tied for fourth a shot behind. Streb's maiden PGA Tour victory came in his 49th start, thanks to a closing 7-under 63 and two clutch four-footers on the playoff holes, thr first to save par, the second to birdie for the win. His previous best was a runner-up finish at the 2014 Zurich Classic of New Orleans.
Streb climbs to the top of the FedEx Cup Standings, up 17 places, with de Jonge up 27 spots to 4th and MacKenzie going straight into 7th spot.
