Tiger Woods won his third successive US Amateur victory in 1995

When Bobby Jones won his 'Grand Slam' in 1930, it consisted of the Open Championship, the US Open, the Amateur Championship and the US Amateur. As an amateur he could compete in the US PGA, and The Masters did not yet exist (he would create it in 1934). In amateur majors, Tiger Woods has the edge on Jack Nicklaus: 3-2.
