Prince Andrew visits Royal Birkdale

Royal Birkdale lived up to its name on Thursday when Prince
Andrew played over the links which is being prepared to stage the 127th Open Championship.

The Duke of York is a keen golfer and more than useful
one too.

Prince Andrew teamed up with Sir Michael Bonallack,
secretary of the Royal and Ancient Club which runs the
championship, and they lost six and five to Birkdale club
captain, Peter Rostron and the club's championship
committee chairman, Peter Unsworth.
