Pairings and Tee Times for the First Two Rounds
Leonard draws Duval and Bjorn

Reuters Southport, England, 14th July 1998 Titleholder Justin Leonard has been drawn with one of the players most favoured to depose him, fellow American David Duval, for the first two rounds of the Open Championship.

They will set out at 1125 GMT on Thursday with Denmark's Ryder Cup player Thomas Bjørn completing the threeball.

Tiger Woods will play with former winner Nick Price and Swedish Ryder Cup player Per-Ulrik Johansson in another attractive threesome.

Englishman Lee Westwood, one of the favourites, plays with American Brad Faxon and Trevor Dodds of Namibia.

The 1996 winner, Tom Lehman, lines up with double U.S. Open champion Ernie Els and Briton Mark James, while Tom Watson and Seve Ballesteros, who between them have won the title eight times, play with American Steve Stricker.
