Charl Schwartzel won the Alfred Dunhill Championship for his second win in as many weeks, once again destroying the field with a 12 shot margin of victory (last week he won by 11) over 2nd placed Kristoffer Broberg. The resurgent Schwartzel climbs a further 9 places to World No. 14, having begun 2012 at No. 9, while Broberg climbs 42 places to No. 79. Sergio Garcia won the weather-shortened Iskandar Johor Open by 3 shots from Jonathan Moore for his second victory of 2012 following the Wyndham Championship, shooting a closing 61 and thereby establishing a new Asian Tour record low winning final round. The equally resurgent Garcia moves to World No. 16, up 4 places, and ends 2012 higher than he began it at 18th. Moore climbs 104 places to World No. 220. Daniel Popovich won the Australian PGA Championship by four shots from Rod Pampling and Anthony Brown and climbs 888 places to World No. 363.
