Coles wins second event in August

Neil Coles claimed his second title in the space of three weeks when he shot a final round of 69 on Sunday to win the Dalmahoy Scottish Seniors Open by one stroke. His 10-under-par total of 206 left him clear of the American duo of Jerry Bruner and Jay Dolan III.

Coles won the Energis Senior Masters earlier this month at Wentworth Club. His victory at Dalmahoy is his 13th European Seniors Tour title.

Jerry Bruner, a graduate from the Seniors Qualifying School playing his first season in Europe, closed with 4-under 68 as he chased his first victory. He finished in a tie of second with the overnight leader Jay Dolan III, who closed with a 71 for 207.
