Phase Two of The Landings St Lucia Commences as Phase One Sells Out

Building of the second phase of The Landings, St. Lucia 's only freehold luxury waterfront community, has just commenced, whilst almost all of the 66 residences in the first phase have now been sold.

Building of phase one is now nearing completion with some residences already occupied, just in time for the Cricket world cup. Almost half of phase two of the development has also already been sold.

Frank Heaps , CEO of The Landings (www.thelandingsstlucia.com), said: "The combination of excellent project management and an experienced team behind the development has meant that we are progressing better than we had originally hoped."

Construction of the development overall has been highly successful, with the pool, harbour and club house soon to be completed along with the planting of over 500 mature palm trees.

Local trades have been integral to the development and have provided quality workmanship and commitment to the project therefore reducing the need for off-island labour.
